In accordance with Tax Code and Charter of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Disputes Resolution Entity is established, which serves as Office of Tax Appeals Council.

Main functions of the Office are to examine submitted appeals, collect necessary information/documentation, provide taxpayers with information about dispute resolution and draft Council’s decisions.
